Aiming to provide long-term purchases for Herval customers, Herval began its activities in 1994, focusing on the line of furniture, appliances and building materials. Currently, the Herval Group manager is focused on selling real estate, vehicle and investment letters of credit, and over the past three years, while the overall consortium has grown 25%, HS Consórcios [consortio] has grown 170%. Due to this strong market share, HS Consórcios currently has more than 170 groups, divided between vehicles and real estate and is present in 8 states of Brazil plus Distrito Federal [Federal district].

HS Consórcios Activities

With activities in the South, Southeast and Midwest, HS Consórcios has authorized brokers in more than 230 cities in Brazil, ranking among the three largest independent property managers in the country.

Investing in a consortium is not only a way to discipline yourself financially, but also a way to make a profit. The investment can be directed to real estate, buying real estate and putting something up for rent, in addition to the possibility of selling the quota after contemplation*.

    1994 - First steps

    2006 - Innovation

    HS Consórcios launches payment of half the installment until contemplation.

    2008 - Recognition

    It stood out among the 10 largest consortium administrators in Brazil and in 1st place in Rio Grande do Sul.

    2019 - Constant growth

    The company has more than 46,000 active customers and 50,000 goods delivered, and contemplates around 600 customers per month. With operations in 8 states of Brazil plus the Federal District, the states being RS, SC, PR, SP, MG, MS, GO and ES.
